About the job
Tenzing Pacific Services is looking for dynamic Vietnamese Account Executives. The position is open to experienced insurance professionals, salespeople or fresh graduates. Our extensive training program covers the latest consulting techniques, customer service skills and training on over 30 local, regional and international health and life insurance providers.
A successful candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, which helps them prosper across four core job functions:
1. Advising
Advise on health and life insurance plans to inbound leads who are contacting us, including:
● Initial consultation and needs analysis
● Use our proprietary system to make quotes
● Explain quotes, benefits and advise client with recommendation
● Follow-up until deal is won or lost
● Sales sign-up, applications forms, contracts and policy documents
2. Customer Service
Act as the main point of contact for clients, when they have any questions or need help during the policy year. Delegate customer service work to our in-house customer service department.
3. Client Relationship Management
Use our CRM system to maintain and build relationships with clients, including:
● Act as the main point of contact to clients when they have any questions or need help
● Delegate customer service work to our in-house customer service department.
● Use our CRM system to set tasks and reminders
● Policy administration for client’s next payments and renewals
● Introduce new products to our clients and ask for referrals
4. Lead Generation
Identify, reach out to and introduce yourself, Tenzing and our value proposition to potential clients. This can be done in a variety of ways, including cold calls, email, personal connections, Linkedin, personal branding and more. Smash your targets and double your income if you can master lead generation. Training provided!
Requirements:
● Good English
● The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
● Positive attitude
● Ability to learn quickly, reflect on losses and apply the lessons moving forward
Nice to have:
● Degree in a field that involves business, communication and/or English.
