Account Manager


Globexs is currently looking for a full-time account manager for our Spanish and International housing market.

The company

Globexs is a relocation company that helps expatriates, digital nomads and teleworkers relocate to another country.

Our services are designed to make life easier for people moving abroad. We provide our clients with affordable accommodation, immigration legal services and tax and fiscal advice in 24 destinations.

Our company is expanding rapidly. Therefore, we need a pair of helping hands.

The job

We are looking for an account manager:

  • To handle the housing market within Spain as well as international. You will be in direct contact with home owners and tenants. Both within Spain and internationally.
  • To act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
  • To build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • To maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • To meet regularly with other members of the sales team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who…

  • Is bilingual English – Spanish.
  • Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Has a great ability to solve problems.
  • Has the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Has strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Understands consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Knows how to handle stressful situations.
