NFA Wealth Management includes; NFA, our advising and planning group, and SFC (Strategic Financial Concepts), our Independent Registered Investment Advisory firm. Together, the two companies provide clients with objective and independent recommendations and investment options.

The job duties would include the following: assisting the CFO and the operations Manager with daily bookkeeping activities, providing commission reports when requested, and keeping excellent records of all financial data for SFC and NFA including commission payouts and data entry on Quickbooks. This position will report directly to the CFO and will have annual performance reviews. This position will have other bookkeeping and accounting duties as deemed necessary by firm management. The focus of this position will be to directly work with the CFO and Operations Manager to insure billing and commission payouts are accurate as well as Financial reports from Quickbooks are efficiently produced on a weekly basis. This position will also insure SFC’s financial advisors and NFA’s insurance agents are paid out accurately in a timely manner.

This position will be required to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There may be times where working additional hours outside of normal hours are required. This position is not hourly and there is not overtime. Hours expected to work should be between 40-50 hours per week. A bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting or finance) is required.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per yer
