We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team in Washington, DC! The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced self-starter that isn’t afraid to take initiative. Since we are a small team, the Administrative Assistant will take on different kinds of responsibilities, including operations, finance, and HR duties.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact via email and phone
  • Provide professional communication to vendors
  • General office management duties
  • Schedule internal meetings and external conferences
  • Coordinate occasional travel arrangements
  • Organize filing system
  • Support the employee onboarding process
  • Run the company’s social media


  • Must have previous administrative experience
  • Event-planning experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
