Key Qualifications
5+ years of professional finance or operations experience
Ability to operate appropriately and effectively in a dynamic, highly multi-functional, fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively multi-task and work comfortably with high levels of ambiguity and complexity
Big picture thinking with inherent curiosity to understand / own the detail and possess strong analytical / problem solving skills
Team player with solid interpersonal abilities to work with business partners to solve complex issues and strive for excellence
Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, while performing a variety of complex / non-routine tasks and make key decisions independently
Excellent presentation, communication and social skills, with solid attention to detail
Experience in Tableau, SAP, and advanced Excel preferred
Description
Prepare data, configure & run Invoice tool to generate and deliver invoices to WW support vendors
Collaborate closely with Global Vendor Strategy team, Forecasting & Analysis team, Procurement, IS&T, GBI, and BPR to find optimal intersections of information relevant to drive business decisions
Perform complex financial analysis using data from various BI tools (SAP, Tableau) & other dashboards and present to senior management
Work cross-functionally with teams in US and other regions worldwide, to develop and execute business strategies
Support monthly forecast process and quarter close activities including quarter end accruals / JVs
Review, approve and implement business change requests as well as invoice process updates
Support vendors on site/program setup process and provide responses to vendors invoice feedback
