You will be a part of HPB’s Administration Department where we aim to provide support to the Divisions that are fulfilling the HPB mission of “Empowering individuals to take ownership of their health”.
What You Can Expect
As a key member of the Administration Department, you will be supporting the Chief Records Officer (CRO) in upholding HPB’s Records Policy and driving HPB’s compliance in meeting the Government’s Management of Public Records (IM4L) policy. You will achieve this by devising and executing strategic plans for a more effective records management system in HPB. You will also need to collaborate with the stakeholders to develop and implement efficient and compliant processes for Records Management across HPB.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a new electronic registry system. You will also need to develop and implement effective strategies to engage stakeholders and train staff on the implementation and use of the system.
You are required to develop a governance framework and control designs to ensure that staff follow the records management policy and standards set in place. You will achieve this by developing and implementing strategies and programmes that will increase staff’s adoption of using the intranet and the electronic registry system, and by nurturing a strong culture in Records Management across HPB through change management efforts, training, education, communication and engagement with all stakeholders.
Lastly, you will be supporting the Administration Department in other projects/ initiatives whenever necessary.
Be Part of the Team
Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Records Management or Knowledge Management, and enjoys working in a highly interactive and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details and good problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of IM4L and best practices in Records Management
- Ability to work effectively on cross-functional and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to canvas ideas, engage and influence stakeholders of various levels
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team
