We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurants and deliver a WOW guest experience to every guest, every time. Our Assistant Restaurant Managers support and oversee the restaurant’s management, staffing, operations and guest experience responsibilities to grow our company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant with 8-15 employees per shift including resolving problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency, and productivity
  • Manage department heads and scheduling of the workforce with emphasis in areas such as food quality, customer service, receiving and maintenance
  • Provide high level of customer service including handling customer service issues at location level
  • Assist in the hiring, orientation, training, and coaching of all employees based on the company’s standards to meet the restaurant’s operational needs including conducting performance appraisals
  • Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, debits/damages, and charge-backs to headquarters to maintain the accuracy of the inventory
  • Responsible for inventory control and vendor orders at store level
  • Develop and execute restaurant-level marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with good operating practices including safe handling of food and proper product rotation
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction
  • Perform other additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to quickly think on your feet
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team building skills with a passion for coaching
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, multitask, and prioritize work while remaining flexible to address new issues as they arise
