We are looking for AVP Collection for our newly established branch in Vietnam. The AVP Collections is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of Collections operations. The position contributes towards and supports the attainment of Kredivo Vietnam’s established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) through innovation and technology to streamline operations and maximize efficiency while reducing overall delinquency.

Responsibilities:

• Handling end to end Collections Operations for Kredivo Vietnam, including Desk, Field and Third-party.
• Responsible for achieving monthly/yearly KPI targets.
• Maintain Flow rate and Loss rate targets, as per organization.
• Hiring, Mentoring & Coaching of the Collections team.
• Implementing/Executing effective data driven, collections strategies to improve & optimize collection performance.
• Conduct regular training and coaching staff to improve quality/skills.
• Create & review SOP Collections.
• Ensure compliance to local regulation & guidelines, for collection activities.
• Adhere to strict quality & audit controls.

Requirement :

• Minimum 5-8 Years experience at a Head Collections/Operations position.
• Preferably working in Fintech or Big Multi Finance Company.
• Proven Leadership & Management skill.
• Experience and Understanding of Dialer System.
• Fluent Communication in English.
• Education in Management or minimum graduate
