Beauty Advisor

FOREO is seeking a passionate and proactive Beauty Advisor to join its Singapore team to handle retail operations in centrally located 2 Departmental Stores – Tangs Orchard & Takashimaya. The hired Beauty Advisors must be able to work retail hours – including morning/evening/weekday or weekend shifts. We offer a package of basic salary and sales commission.

ROLES & REPONSIBILITIES

• Be the Brand Ambassador, advocating FOREO and providing professional beauty advice that fits clients’ needs, preferences, and educating customers on how Foreo’s products work.
• Build and establish good customer relationships through excellent customer service.
• Working with the BA supervisor in performing general store operations –includes general housekeeping, inventory tracking & sales reporting.
• Taking ownership of achieving sales targets by being proactive in communication on shop floor feedbacks for sales and marketing activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Training in soft skills and product knowledge will be provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum GCE’N’ level with experience of retail/customer service experience
• Good knowledge or interest in Skincare/Cosmetics. Interest in Skincare devices will be a plus.
• Positive attitude & Customer Service Oriented
• Comfortable using app technology and learning new skills when needed
• Basic Microsoft Excel computational skills
