The role

The ANZ Marketing team supports the Australian and New Zealand businesses across consumer and business customers as well as merchant customers. The Brand and Campaign Marketing team is accountable for how the brand shows up, marketing campaigns, creative development and production and our social and content strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your core role will be for Zip’s brand and campaign execution. You will join us in our mission to strengthen our relationship with our customers (consumers and B2B partners) and ensure we are delivering the right message, in the right channel, to the right customer at the right time to drive new acquisition and growth for Zip, through effective, innovative and inspiring marketing activities.

What you’ll own and support:

  • Manage end to end delivery of integrated campaigns and activations inclusive of strategy, execution, measurement and optimisation and consider Zip’s existing customers as well as new customer audiences.
  • Work with the Partner Marketing team to grow partnerships through awesome campaign activations
  • Partner with the Creative team to develop asset libraries, tools and processes to drive best in class creative executions i.e. channel playbooks, photo libraries, brand asset portal.
  • Work with the broader marketing team to have a single view of marketing activity, and support as required. This may include POS, BPI and event collateralAct as an evangelist for the Zip brand, driving brand education and innovation across the organisation and customer touchpoints.
  • You will execute the annual calendar of integrated campaigns and programs that build effective awareness, acquisition and engagement across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Continued experimentation of all marketing initiatives/campaigns to test and learn, with the aim to scale as we pursue new markets and new products
  • Develop our content strategy and plan to execute, aligned to consumer lifecycle stages.
  • Develop clear business cases and ROMI for initiatives

To help us level up, you’ll bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
  • 7-10 years marketing experience and at least 4 years in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong planning and project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising
  • You operate at the bleeding edge of digital innovation and deeply understand the ‘test and learn’ framework.
  • You know how to leverage the new world of media to drive smart and cost-effective conversion.
  • A lover of consumer products, who understands how to engage and retain, utilizing data insights to make the right decisions.
  • You understand the power of data and knows how to interpret and respond effectively to its insights.
  • A track record of ideation and execution of marketing initiatives that make significant, positive impacts to the business.
  • Humble yet confident, with good self-awareness.
  • You are a natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership
