Main Purpose Of The Job
The Brand & Innovation Manager will ensure that game-changing and insight-led innovations and Top 10 campaigns are brought to life to drive business growth, increase penetration, and market leadership. You fully own end-to-end project management of future-facing platforms and lead cross-functional collaboration with other project members. In addition, you will partner with the Chains team to deliver innovations and activations for key Quick Service Restaurant customers
Main Accountabilities
- Uncover Operator Group insights and Identify market opportunities that will land our growth strategy for Plant-based, Savoury Dressings.
- Develop locally relevant mix such as product design, proposition communication, and packaging architecture in response to the needs and desires of the target market
- Deliver Business Growth focusing on Top 10 penetration and innovation
- Work closely with the Chains team to deliver on the innovation funnel, and engage in top-to-top meetings with key customers
- Defines 2-3 year Category Strategy, Priorities, Innovation & Rejuvenation roadmap, anchored on data and insight
- Owns portfolio positioning, growth strategy, and deployment
- Leads multi-functional teams to land innovations and rejuvenations on time, in full
- Creates Purpose-led brand campaigns for Innovations & top 10’s
- Chains team partnering and Sales enablement
Essential Experiences
- Working experience in Marketing, preferably in Brand & Portfolio management
- Digital Fundamentals for content marketing, conversion optimization, SEO, eComm
- Experience in Food & Beverage related categories is preferred.
- Passionate about food, and customer-obsessed.
