Your Role And Responsibilities

The Turbonomic Brand Sales Specialist will be directly responsible for driving client- facing sales and client engagement activities to accelerate the adoption and deployment of Turbonomic (ARM and/or NPM) offerings for their assigned.

Territory/accounts. Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Generate demand, qualify and progress client opportunities, and negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Serve as the Turbonomic sales expert to drive the strategy, sale, and closure of Turbonomic offerings and use cases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the highest levels of customer management across executive, line of business, and IT
  • Maintain and orchestrate account specific plans and strategies
  • Work with prospects and customers to prove the value of the Turbonomic solutions and its relation to the AIOps set of technologies
  • Achieve assigned revenue and signings goals for Turbonomic products for assigned territory/accounts
  • Provide timely and accurate pipeline and forecast updates
  • Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment across IBM
  • Maintain contemporary technology skills and offering knowledge in relation to application resource management and/or network performance management and adjacent technologies

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 7+ years selling enterprise software solutions
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving quota as a seller
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts regarding applications,
  • infrastructure, cloud, data center and virtualization and how they solve customer
  • pains
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and consultative skills
  • Ability to map an organization from C-level to data center

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of adjacent IBM technologies including IBM CloudPak for Watson AIOps
