Business Analyst


Performance Management

  • Owns dashboarding and integration of data to create our KPI tracking report and performance monitoring reports by developing analysis that leverage complex data sources derived from multiple systems
  • Responsible for providing Sales closing report, Sellout report SISO report TRAX report to the teams
  • Support to develop internal/global incentive scheme and track & monitor the performance to manage sales incentive for team to meet business objectives.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness and Systems / Tools (TRAX/EET)

Market research

  • Provide meaningful market insights for all categories through various market data
  • Forecast business scenarios for the future, by anticipating consumer trend and needs
  • Provide regular reports to Korea team & Zone team

Data Governance

  • Knowledge owner and key point of contact of analytics and performance data source and take ownership and work with stakeholders and business leaders (IRT, TRAX, Race to Zero)

Vendor management

  • Key point of contact of data source providers and take ownership for communication, contract creation, payment and work with stakeholders to enhance the service to meet internal requirement (IQVIA)

Call center:

  • Manage contracts and follow-up on the call centers
