ORA was founded by leading Ecommerce, Healthcare & Tech Executives with over 35 years of combined experience in building companies from inception to industry leaders with successful exits / IPOs under their belt.

ORA is a seed stage startup and has raised seven-digit funds from leading South East Asian Angels as well as two Silicon Valley / California based venture capital firms – these funds will power the launch of two Direct to Patient solutions in SEA and lead the company towards the fundraising of a Series A round.

We have launched 2 brands so far:

andSons: A men’s health platform that aims to normalize both seeking information about men’s health issues and proactively doing something about them. We offer the most holistic, clinically proven and evidence based treatment plans for hair loss, sexual health, asult acne, mental health and other male healthcare issues.

withJuno: A women’s reproductive health brand aimed at liberating women from the taboo of discussing fertility and sexual health. We want to provide women with a hassle-free service

to get treatments and products they need to take care of themselves, and we’ll be there every step of the way.

The Role

This role will be responsible for the development of new services within ORA focusing on the development of the diagnostics ecosystem of the business and lead the partnership with B2B, B2C and B2B2C to drive the growth of the business for all brands.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the development of the home test kit services for ORA (end to end) which includes engagement with the supplier, international partner lab, local authorities and MOH if required.
  • Research, identification and development of patient journey flow for all diagnostics services to be offered to ensure patients having the best online health experiences.
  • Lead contact for engagement with the government agencies for matters related to regulatory, grants, funding and recognitions.
  • Identify and engage partners for commercial partnerships for the home test kit and other diagnostic services. Liaison officer for these partners to drive the business growth.
  • Support Medical focused partnerships with healthcare companies; pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, healthcare facilities; hospitals, clinics, medical experts to close partnerships that can increase brands and ORA credibility, reach to more databases and indirectly support the growth of the business.
  • Design and execute medical activities offline and online with all the partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalents.
  • More than 5 years of experience in business development at GLCs / MNCs.
  • Experience in healthcare and diagnostics are preferred..
  • Good leadership skills, combined with interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
  • Effective management of stakeholder interests both external and internal.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with , business acumen and commercial awareness, problem analysis and creative thinking in problem solving.
