Lado Management Consultants is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our international team in Taipei City. We take a consultative approach to selling, so you will be responsible for assisting clients with their training and development needs. Basic Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Comfortable making cold calls
- TOEIC Speaking and Writing level of at least 120
- Fluent in all MS Office and Google Workspace applications
- Strong presentation skills
- Professional in appearance, attitude
- Naturally outgoing personality

Responsibilities
- Contact new clients by phone
- Consult and engage with new and existing companies about our training services
- Handle client RFPs/RFQs in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide effective support to colleagues in Training Operations and Client Services
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date system records on all clients and Business Development activities
