We have an opportunity to join our Business Development Team. This is a Business Development Coordinator position who can contribute ideas and execute the ideas of others quickly and competently. In this role you will take on a hybrid of responsibilities related to Business Development, Content Development and Project Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare: qualifications and responses to Request for Information and Proposals (RFI/RFP).
  • Create business development materials including profile, proposal project pages, etc.
  • Manage and maintain library of business development/ tender documents.
  • Track and monitor all active opportunities within the proposal database.
  • Perform general administrative support to business development functions.
  • Support teams in the coordination of meetings, client responses, and other administrative tasks.
  • Work with Business Development Manager to ensure database is kept up-to-date with information around all project and activities.
  • Support social media efforts through research, content collection and postings.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to help achieve business goals

Requirement

  • 1 or more years of working experience in a Sales Admin or Client Services role.
  • College degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar, preferred.
  • Experience working in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real-estate or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Interior Design, Architecture, Construction industry.
  • Love a challenge, have a healthy competitive spirit and thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
