In this position you will….

Drive business growth by acquiring new target accounts in Vietnam. Identify new potential target accounts in line with the firm’s growth strategy and Vietnam priorities, specifically for device protection in the Telco, Consumer Finance, Retail, E-Wallet and Banking channels. You will also drive lead generation in i.e. develop relationships with new target accounts, present bolttech offerings, generate leads for proposals, etc. Another responsibility is to manage the sales process to convert opportunities into revenues in close coordination with the internal functions, e.g. product, tech, ops, BD, finance, etc.

You will be responsible for…

  • Drive revenue growth with new accounts in Vietnam to achieve Vietnam’s growth ambition and targets;
  • Screen your target market to identify and prioritize attractive target accounts which are sizable and where we have a good probability to win;
  • Develop and deepen relationships to target accounts, i.e. leverage the existing relationship and develop new relationships with key decision-makers;
  • Present bolttech product and service offering to target accounts and convince them about the firm’s unique value proposition and capabilities;
  • Drive the proposal development effort with the support of the business development team and other relevant functions; closely coordinate with the client on all matters related to the proposal development;
  • Lead negotiations with the client to successfully close commercial deals;
  • Drive new programs up to launch and hand-over to account manager once the deal is closed, and further support for up to 6 months dependent on requirements;
  • Support in improving bolttech’s brand awareness in your target market, e.g. via social media, conference presentation/participation, etc.
  • Ensuring timely and effective implementation of newly designed device protection business programs.
  • Adhering to reporting requirements needed by local and regional new business management teams.
  • Collaborating with internal business stakeholders to development of going to market plans, including design of marketing programs and sales schemes to contribute and generate targeted revenue
  • Improving business strategy and effectiveness through timely market reviews and new business initiative feedback to management.
  • Taking full responsibility for P&L as per account as approved budgets quarterly and yearly.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10-year(s) work experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Working experience in the industries we are serving; Telco, Retail, OEM, Banking and Consumer Finance are highly desirable.
  • Affinity to technology and innovation
  • Good financial skills, ability to create sustainable business economics
  • Business development and consultative selling skills to co-develop solution with our clients
  • Good people and social skills to develop deep client relationships
  • Presentation skills
  • Project management skills to coordinate across functions and external partners for new business opportunities
