Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build 51Talk in the country. This candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the English learning industry or ESL online/offline. This candidate need to have existing sales channels or deep connections with the education consumers.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales partnership or franchisee opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Ensure success of the brand in the country;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development/sales of ESL or English learning experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
