Responsibilities
* Formulate sales strategy, sales plan for Key Government and execute the same.
* Driving business development through effective leadership, planning, execution, and implementation.
* Identify, develop, maintain and leverage own key business accounts through market development and customer development activities
* Ensure that necessary liaison and ground work is initiated for exploring and executing product registration in key institutions
* Explore newer avenues as Key accounts for future business generation.

Key Performance Indicator
* Increased contribution from institutional business for overall product range
* Accelerate contribution from top Key accounts.
* Inclusion of new products in formulary of the specified institutional business
* Achieve budgeted numbers from identified institutions
* Implement Market development initiatives
* Create opportunity to maximise current business
* Support Business achievement plans

Technical/ Professional Knowledge and Skills
* MBA graduate With 4 years work Experience in IT sales.
* Understanding of Institutional business
* Strong Communication, interpersonal and Influencing skills
* Strong Analytical skills
