Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential vendor growth opportunities for pandapro & dine-in
- Strategize and lead the function to expand pandapro & dine-in business, end-to-end
- Always find improvement within team to smoothen the business process
- Orchestrate the team to achieve dine-in supply targets
- Liaise with the stakeholders, account owners to get the prospect vendors on pandapro
- Lead or support the vendor pitch both for pandapro & dine-in, when needed
- Develop and retain relationships with strategic partner in portfolio to maintain a high level of service and loyalty
- Present pandapro performance in business review meetings with strategic vendors executives
- Create the internal report, trackers to demonstrate the team and unit performance , KPI achievement
- Review and propose team’s incentive
- Others as assigned.
Required Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor degree in engineer, business administration, or other related field
- Mandatory 4-7 years of work experience in commercial, sales, business development, consultantor relevant
- Experience in food delivery industry, F&B, or related field
- Excellent analytical skills – know how to leverage the data to develop strategies
- Structured and logical thinking
- Leadership and experience in team management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good service mind
- Ability to work under pressure
- Can-do attitude
- Communication skills, verbal and written and confidence to present to an audience at a business level
