We are ambitious in expansion and building a world-class training program for graduates. The Business Management Trainee program designs to groom top talents on sales management, key account management, pitching, relationship building, negotiation and other skills. You also will get exposure in top tier Fashion/Beauty/F&B/Electronics brands. You will establish brand partnerships for KaiKai in Singapore and will work with a team of like-minded individuals, to ensure that we continue to delight and deliver unforgettable shopping experiences for every user. The program enables you to lean on a fast track career progression and move into the leadership track within promising years.

What you’ll do:

  • Acquire new strategic brand partners and negotiate the terms for KaiKai and marketing solutions
  • Engage with strategic brand partners to drive commercial growth, notably with senior leadership teams both internally and externally
  • Establish relationships with brand partners, including the provision of business insights and solutions while improving operational efficiencies and brand marketing
  • Provide performance reports and data-driven suggestions to the brand partners regularly
  • Assistant onboarding new brand retail partners
  • Work cross-functionally with category managers, product, operations and marketing teams to support growth opportunities with brand partners
  • Keep update with the retail and business trends
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets!

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor Degree holders graduated in year 2021 or graduating in year 2022, who are keen to build your career in business development
  • Relevant internship experience in business development or managing key account relationships and partner onboarding is advantageous
  • Good business acumen, critical thinking and ability to formulate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to multitask against competing priorities, and to thrive in a high growth and start-up environment
  • Self motivated, energetic and passionate individual willing to take full ownership
  • Passion for technology, entrepreneurship and creating positive impact
