1. What is it about?

1.1 Who we are

We are a European property technology company, offering various services to consumers and construction professionals from architecture, and contracting to final works. We are developing productivity tools that help consumers organize their home improvement projects and professionals to be better in their everyday work.

1.1 The project

We are initiating market research and considering expanding certain part of our operations to your country, thus, several starting phases has to be carried out and we need your help to do it. Furthermore, we are searching for a reliable partner in our future endeavors in the market, which offers so much potential.

2. Who do we search for?

We are seeking a diligent individual with a high level of independence and good communication skills. If you are up for various tasks, from market research and obtaining different data to communicating with multiple potential users, that would be a challenge for you.

2.1 Experiences

  • Communication: At least 2 years of experience in phone communication or direct sales.
  • Optional: Construction sector knowledge is welcome, either from planning, development or other services. Sales knowledge is welcome, with emphasis on B2B sales. Marketing knowledge is welcome, especially knowing the digital industry.

2.2 Competences

  • Communicative: t is not hard for you to speak with multiple people daily and receive regular rejections.
  • Independent: You can carry out a task without the constant support of your supervisor.
  • Digitally fluent: Fully functional in the use of computers and smartphones. Proficient in text editing software. Proficient in online suite tools like Google Calendar, Google Sheets, etc. Proficient as a consumer of social networks.

3. The job

3.1 Initial phase

3.1.1 The task

Your task would be to manage the call center and carry out localization of the platform. There is also a lot of business development opportunities out there where we would need your help, especially in marketing.

3.1.2 The payment

We want to pay fairly based on your experiences, having fixed and variable pay. Note, that this is just a phase of a story with really big potential and your salary will be growing at least 5% yearly.

3.2 Development phase

If successful, we would ask you to take over several other tasks and potentially set a team of colleagues. We assure you there will be a lot of exciting challenges.
