Campaign Management (ShopeeFood)


Job Description

  • Initiate marketing plan and strategy to drive orders and maximize user adoption
  • Responsible for managing campaign e.g. planning timeline, recheck data with relevant parties. Ensure accuracy and timely execution of campaigns in all internal and external media
  • Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams,both internal and external parties
  • Brief graphic design team to create artwork and content in artwork (banner, microsite, social media post)
  • Coordinate and facilitate across different media platform to ensure accuracy and availability of promotion
  • Monitor and calculate food and shipping voucher coverage to further optimize campaign
  • Regularly review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance at the end of each campaign period


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communication, and advertising fields.
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in marketing or advertising field specifically in ecommerce and food delivery will be a plus
  • Strong structural thinking and analytical skills
  • Able to perform analysis and evaluate the campaign effectiveness and help control the platform performance
  • Proficient in English both written and oral communication
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Project management and ensure smooth operations and execution of each campaign launch
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven – Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Possess can-do attitude
