We are currently looking for a motivated Campaign & Partnership Manager to join our regional marketing team. This is a highly driven, strategic and influential cross-functional liaison between marketing, product design, seller success, country leads and in addition to local country marketing teams. You will be responsible for running different campaigns , supporting the marketing strategy and plan including user acquisition and engagement, brand awareness, partnership with consumer brands or payment partners. This role will directly report to the Regional Head of Marketing & Partnership and work closely with the local market leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to determine how strategic promotions fit within a specified department’s overall strategy and develop detailed plans to execute and recap the initiatives accordingly
  • Create innovative, campaign marketing plans that fulfill internal team needs by identifying key shoppable moments throughout the year and around the world
  • Develop, execute, coordinate, and measure select marketing campaigns tied to core markets
  • Maintain a comprehensive cross-functional marketing calendar to help enforce timely campaigns and promotions
  • Drive execution results of key markets, measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, track KPI and assess ROI. Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners.
  • Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Work effectively with different online marketing channels (Google ads, Facebook ads, social media, affiliates & CRM pushes)
  • Work with business intelligence team to deep dive consumer insights for campaign planning, track and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Work with the product team and commercial team on initiatives to improve customer experience
  • Ensure seamless working process among Product team, Commercial team, Brand team, Media team during campaigns
  • Keep track, review & report the key results and effectiveness of the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Strategic thinking and project management skills
  • Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management preferred;
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in consumer goods industry
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and performance media is a plus.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
