About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Trading Recruiter to help us develop our strategy and grow our recruiting efforts as we identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates into our Trading teams.

Our campus trading recruitment efforts are growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone who will drive our recruiting strategy forward, partnering with other Recruiting team members and internal business partners to make sure we are staying ahead of the curve.

You’ll work alongside our seasoned Recruiting team, delivering exceptional candidate management, as well as being thoughtful about the strategy behind our approach. We are looking for someone who can expertly manage their own workflow and help mentor others. You should be excited to contribute great ideas towards what we can do better, and act as a partner to our internal stakeholders as we think about where our recruiting should go next.

Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our recruiting success, and we pride ourselves on creating connections with our candidates, aiming to be responsive and helpful during the entire recruitment lifecycle. The right candidate for this position will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves, no-job-too-small attitude. The ability to balance efficiency with genuine empathy for candidates will make you a valuable addition to all aspects of the team.

About You

  • 6-8 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within graduate trading/front office recruiting
  • Motivated self-starter who can prioritise tasks effectively and turn ideas into action
  • Naturally curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
  • Experience with developing analytics and reporting to measure how effective our existing strategies are, and what we can be doing better or differently
  • Able to handle competing priorities and work collaboratively in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
  • Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English required
