Job Description
- Design and implement business operations
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives including Collection Department, Underwiring Department, Sales Function and Back-office
- Develop and implement business plan for Operation department to ensure the company operate sufficiently
- Forecast the budget for implementing operational activities for the whole company
- Manage Customer Service & Quality, Administration, Record Management & Facilities departments
- Change management – Assure that the company uses an adequate and efficient change management process. Projects are duly initiated, managed, reported and terminated.
- Customer Service & Quality – Provide service to the customers and partners using all communication channels as telephony, mail, email. SLAs are created on the main quantity and quality attributes.
- Record Management – Perform the process activities related to handling all components of clients’ contracts, their checking, updating, archiving. Perform all payments (in, out) related to the main business activities (Loan disbursement, commissions payments, installments).
- Administration – Assure transparent and efficient processes of purchasing requests, as well as daily ongoing support for the office needs.
- Facilities – Assure all facilities in the offices operate sufficiently
- Ensure seamless process for loan booking
- In charge of management presentation
Requirements
- University degree
- 5 years’ experience in managerial positions
- Deep knowledge of digital products, edtech, education and processes
- Proven experience with the process management methodologies
- Knowledge and proven experience in company wide projects, digital products, education, edtech or customer services.
- Strong management, presentation & negotiation skills
- Leadership skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Fluent in English
