Client Executive


About the job
Client Executive is expected to successfully grow client portfolio including new, renew and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure achievement of sales target

The Role

  • Conduct various ways of finding prospects, including but not limited to attending fairs, seminars, etc to source potential customers
  • Indentify client’s insurance needs and requirements by understanding clients’ business and giving advice on key risks and insurance issues
  • Consult clients on Insurance Arrangement as well as follow up with placement team
  • Closely work with Line Manager in preparing pitching documents including but not limited to presentation for Insurance Product, Service Introduction, Insurance Proposal, etc.
  • Support to do market exercise including but not limited to preparing related documents (quote slip, comparison, placement slip, payment documents, etc), negotiating with insurers/ reinsurers, agents, other brokers or any thrid party to find best proposal for client as and when required
  • Ensure sales and sevice activities in compliance with the Company requirements (BUL, RMA reports, sales analysis, procedures, regulations…)
  • Coordinate with Accounting Department to assure premium and/or commission collection
  • Cooperate with Claim Department to ensure client satisfication in claim settlement
  • Other tasks assigned by the Company

The Requirements

  • University degree
  • Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point
  • At least 3-year experience in non-life insurance with broker/ insurer/ service industry
  • Knowledgeable of insurance concepts and processing
  • High integrity, good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Client-oriented, innovative and critical thinking
  • Good selling and negotiation skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in both English & Vietnamese
