Responsibilities

The Client Relations Officer will support the Team Head in developing and managing client relationship; and implementing client retention plan/program. You will h andle phone inquiries to scheme participants and provide visits to clients of our pension fund products in a timely, accurate and courteous manner and including any follow up correspondence. You will also work closely with Sales & Distribution for securing clients and developing client relationship and assist sales staff to close the business deals in respect of administration-related issues.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Conduct ER & EE enrolment meetings in respect of administrative procedures
  • Conduct/Coordinate seminars & workshops for both internal and external customers regarding the trend of MPF business development/procedures
  • Provide assistance to ad-hoc projects assigned by management (e.g. for default contribution)
  • Review current pension administrative practice and obtain customer’s comment to existing service provided in order to recommend streamlining proposals
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation of all related functions
  • Perform other job related duties and special projects as required

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the Client Relations Officer requires ability in handling client relations independently. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentable skills will be essential.

Other key skills required for the role:

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience preferably in pension/MPF business or investment products
  • Analytical mind and self-motivated
  • Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • HKSI 1,7,8 license holder will be an advantage
