Client Solutions Manager-Webtoon/Entertainment is a consulting expert who proposes optimization solutions for TikTok’s performance & branding advertisement products to meet marketing purposes and campaign KPIs of major webtoon and entertainment sector advertisers. In the sales stage, ideal candidates propose product scenarios and solutions for full-funnel advertising through sales team. In the post-sales stage, you will be responsible for data-driven monitoring and product proposals in the method of growth marketing to optimize advertising efficiency after the live campaign. In addition, Client Solutions Managers achieve advertisers’ campaign goals and seek upselling opportunities by educating new TikTok advertising products and giving performance reviews.
- Propose full funnel advertisement solutions & consultative presentations to webtoon/entertainment advertisers in pre-sales pitching stage with the sales team
- Educate clients on TikTok’s advertising processes, products and best practices for performance & branding campaigns
- Proactively analyze data to plan, setup and optimize performance & branding auction advertisement campaigns
- Identify up-selling opportunities by monitoring campaign delivery and revenue growth
- Conduct A/B tests and share feedback to develop new TikTok ad products and solutions
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration and trust relationship with sales team via daily interaction, weekly review, and quarterly strategy planning to support clients’ needs
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in performance-based campaign management in in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms or media side
- Experience in managing self-serve digital advertising media as well as 3rd-party tracking tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust etc. for Web&App advertiser.
- Sales oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing clients
- Self-starter with strong communication skills who can manage strategic client relationships
- Native Korean speaker with proficient English skills
