Description And Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Consumer Marketing assistant that is looking for their next challenge. The role is unique, fast-paced, and exciting with no two days presenting the same to-do list.

The role will be focused on delivering best-in-class admin support to the consumer marketing team including data entry, reporting and social media monitoring. There will also be many opportunities to deliver creative insight and new ideas into assets and deliverables with our premium retail partners and agency collaborators whilst also helping streamline the current process using your best-in-class organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with large retail clients/partners in either the media or marketing fields, however, we will consider applications without this experience.
  • The ideal candidate will be ready to jump in and share ideas, concepts and suggestions on the process which will be reviewed by the broader team.
  • The candidate will have experience in external stakeholder management and be a people person that likes helping others.
  • The candidate is also a go-getter that can deliver on seamless execution and results. Candidate must work well both independently and as part of a team, and have a natural affinity for IT, Technology and fast-paced environments.
  • Drive business results against set KPIs with core retail partners and the broader Consumer business.

  • Site Visits, Retail Sell Out, Retail ranging, POSM updates/delivery
  • Brand Awareness, Share of Voice, Market Share, Reach & Engagement will also play a role as part of the broader halo effect of co-marketing investment.
  • Data entry, reporting and optimizations across multiple agencies and retail partners and initiatives.
  • Working with the internal retail team on the delivery of content, assets, POSM and copy.
  • Managing external retail partners across a range of deliverables including catalog, print, TV, Email, Mobile, Video, and Display Advertising.
  • Identify and manage agencies and vendor partners including working with external retailer support networks and tech suppliers.
  • Retail and Consumer event management and support (including touring events across multiple AUNZ destinations).
  • Reporting and administration for both internal and external partners.
  • Monitor analytics and success metrics for analysis and ongoing strategic planning.
  • Support with media and marketing stock and merchandise.
  • Support with PR initiatives
