Under the supervision of Deputy Manager – Human Resources, the Compensation & Benefit (C&B) Supervisor will be responsible for analyzing compensation data within the organization and evaluating job positions to determine classification and salary. Implement the organization reward strategy so its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization desired internal and external market position.

C&B operations & management

  • Be in charge and manage daily C&B operations from onboarding to offboarding process, including data management, employee profile & contract management, leave management, payroll process (net & gross salary), personal income tax, social and healthcare insurance … for both local & expatriate employees to ensure accuracy, compliance with the law and company policy, process following and timeline commitment;
  • Complete HR reports according to the law/government & related departments’ requirements;
  • Do data analysis & reports accurately and on time related to C&B as required;
  • Regularly update the market compensation & benefit trend and new Law relating labor code, tax, insurance, PIT… ensuring compliance;
  • Survey, analyze to benchmark with the market, and review total compensation and benefit programs and recommend changes for improvements and competitiveness, including job grading, salary structure & scale, merit increase, salary review cycle;
  • Forecast budget and control company cost of manpower;
  • Review job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay;
  • Advises managers and employees on employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures, classification programs, reward, and discipline;
  • Organize healthcare programs for employees such as personal & health insurance and annual health check;
  • Involve in projects related to C&B or other tasks assigned by Deputy HR Manager;

Systems management

  • Coordinate with IT to improve HR systems following company process and aligning with compliance;
  • Manage data on the system, implement the processes and information adjustment in the system;


  • Education background: Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced certificate HR or/and finances degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in C&B field
  • Ability to prepare complex and accurate spreadsheets
  • Making decisions based on data and statistics
  • Structuring compensation and benefits packages
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills

  • Evaluating competitor compensation and benefits packages
  • Creating policies and procedures
  • Monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity
