We’re looking for someone to be part of the core team to propel the leading direct-to-consumer health brand in Indonesia. The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will be a pivotal role within the team as you will be responsible for various A/B testing, creating improvements on the customer experience, and improving the marketing funnels. You’ll get to be a part of planning and executing strategies on how to win new customers and retain old customers more efficiently.

Job Description
Provide ongoing recommendations to help deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous testing and user experience improvements on the website
Be the expert in optimizing conversion rate throughout the marketing funnel from email marketing, WhatsApp, performance marketing campaigns, landing pages, etc.
Liaise with the digital agency to ensure performance marketing campaigns are optimized and are hitting KPIs set.
Create and execute the ideal experiences for users. This could include items such as website audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, heuristic reviews, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios and persona development.
Conduct UX research through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Apply knowledge of web analytics, user segments and audiences as they relate to the optimization process
Be able to translate and communicate testing results and data-driven recommendations into an effective message, continually creating insights and value for clients.
Perform best practices for departmental procedures that facilitate workflow, and intra-, and inter-departmental communication; contribute to the development and improvement of processes that support the alignment of quality, scalability, and capacity of the team

Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff
A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Economics, Statistics, etc.) is preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing and website testing and conversion rate optimization
Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio)
Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms
Experience reporting on success/failure of optimization efforts
Strong proficiency in digital marketing & effective website design
Experienced in creating wireframes and functional/interaction specifications
Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Advanced Excel)
A sound understanding of the mathematics behind effective testing.
