Creative Production Internship

• Creative brainstorming
• Curation of moodboard and creative references
• Attending creative and production meetings
• Helping prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
• Assisting wardrobe, directors, camera people and other crew members
• Printing and distributing paperwork
• Escort actors, talent, models around the area
• Conduct crowd control by putting up signs, directing pedestrians away from set, lock down sets etc.
• Act as a runner distributing messages or items within crew and cast
• Perform administrative work
• Undertake errands as assigned
• Transporting equipment
• Driving talent and crew
• Preparing and packing items
• Set out trash cans in strategic areas
• Cleaning the set and emptying trash cans
• Going on supply runs
• Calling locations and vendors
• Set out chairs and tables
• Be the last person to sit down and eat

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies
• Flexible with working hours and days
