The successful candidate will:

  • be able to manage multiple tuition programmes and work effectively under considerable pressure during peak season as well as be the first line of communication for tuition customers
  • be able to match tuition programme requirements with the perfect tutor and engage with both customer and tutor with ease, ensuring lessons are conducted as agreed
  • ensure resources are provided for the customer and quality of tuition meets expectations, all in a timely and adequate manner
  • be engaging towards others and be the driving force in operationally improving processes and tuition event days.

Your Role:

In this role, you will regularly report to the Head of Operation to discuss the tuition programme performance and strategy, as well as focussing on maximising revenue and minimising costs.

A typical week would include:

  • Three days working from home, two days in our office in Milton Keynes (MK15)
  • Liaising with the Sales Team on closed and future tuition programmes
  • Liaising with tutors to match clients with the correct tutors
  • Representing the Company as the main tuition representative and first port-of-call for tuition customers
  • Successfully managing all stages of multiple tuition programmes, particularly during peak season.

Skills and Experiences:

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and under considerable pressure
  • Able to work independently, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Customer relationship and engagement experience
  • Windows Proficient- especially MS Excel
  • Graduate from a UK university


Remuneration: up to £2000 per month

Job Duration: 6 month contact, with likelihood of extending next year. Full-time, starting ASAP.
