Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from buyers via call and live chat channels (Lazada, Shopee etc.) and promptly respond to the Customer complaints
- Identify and help solve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Coordinate and monitor all customers orders from submission until final delivery
- Liaise between customers and the internal Operations Team
- Participate in customer service-related meetings
- To take on ad-hoc projects/assignments
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any fields
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in Customer Service field
- Excellent English and Thai speaking and written skill
- Positive, self-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Computer typing speed is a must
- Willing to work in shift
