  • Handle inquiries from buyers via call and live chat channels (Lazada, Shopee etc.) and promptly respond to the Customer complaints
  • Identify and help solve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Coordinate and monitor all customers orders from submission until final delivery
  • Liaise between customers and the internal Operations Team
  • Participate in customer service-related meetings
  • To take on ad-hoc projects/assignments

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any fields
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in Customer Service field
  • Excellent English and Thai speaking and written skill
  • Positive, self-oriented attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Computer typing speed is a must
  • Willing to work in shift
