About the Role:

Due to our recent exciting internal promotion, we are now hunting for a solution-focused and motivated individual to join our Service Excellence Team in Auckland on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract!

Reporting directly to our Service Excellence Enablement Leader, you will be focusing on providing exceptional experiences for our customers and consumers!

Your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and on-time delivery outcomes
  • Managing and communicating delivery impacts to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risk by building solid relationships with regional carriers
  • Managing transport-related inquiries and tickets in a timely manner
  • End to end credit process management
  • Continuously seeking process improvement opportunities and improving customer experience.
  • Other ad hoc duties when required
