- Order related document handling _ Certificate of Origin, Test Report, etc.
- Customs clearance document follow-up
- Simple Order intake
- A/S Order handling
Qualifications
- Good business manners with customer-oriented mind to response customer inquiries & ability to multi task (logging queries while speaking with customers) required
- PC skills (SAP,Excel,Salesforce.com) and basic aptitude for learning technical concepts essential
- Flexible and having the ability to learn quickly
- Fluent in English to communicate with global
