  • Customs clearance document follow-up
  • Simple Order intake
  • A/S Order handling


  • Good business manners with customer-oriented mind to response customer inquiries & ability to multi task (logging queries while speaking with customers) required
  • PC skills (SAP,Excel, and basic aptitude for learning technical concepts essential
  • Flexible and having the ability to learn quickly
  • Fluent in English to communicate with global
