Customer Success Executive

Ensure that our patients in always wear a smile when thinking about Zenyum, by building the most charismatic and best-converting sales organisation in Vietnam.

You will be responsible for:

– Support and convince customers that help them can approach the best products with best benefits.

– Understand that making people engage with your brand is 50% empathy and 50% process – and you effectively can bring both to the table

– Answer customer questions about Zenyum products, services, promotions and after-sales policies.

– Have data- and performance-oriented, and optimise your approach for conversion flows

You are a fit for this role, if you:

  • Experience in sales/telesales/ customer service.
  • Have excellent sales skill and be passionate about working with people
  • Ambitious and desire for high achievement
  • Ability to cope with changes, high work pressure
  • English skill is an advantage
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet etc)
