The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Client Solutions, the ideal candidate will be responsible for inside sales responsibilities within the digital health space. You must feel comfortable engaging with medical professionals including physicians, nurses, medical office staff, and pharmaceutical support program staff.


  • Maintaining and expanding a list of prospects
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Participating in regular sales, marketing, and support meetings
  • Assisting to communicate and resolve support issues within the organization
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and documenting customer care-related actions and discussions
  • Forwarding incoming feedback or requests related to Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or other departments as required
  • Analyzing customer care statistics and compiling accurate reports
  • Assisting to develop customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Additionally, due to the ever-changing and sometimes chaotic environment of an early-stage high-tech company, the Customer Success Manager may assume additional roles and responsibilities as the company requires

Skills & Experience

  • Must have inside sales and/or customer service experience
  • Strong phone + email presence and experience dialing a high volume of calls per day
  • Experience with or enthusiasm to learn SalesForce
  • Experience working within the digital health technology and Electronic Medical Record space is an asset
  • Consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Motivation and hunger to learn and improve
  • Strong customer focus and value engaging with customers to help them succeed
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Priority will be given to candidates bilingual in both English and French
