Role

You’ll be primarily tasked with ensuring our customers are successful. You’ll help them achieve their desired outcomes by working closely with them, understanding their goals and challenges and ensuring Parallo are delivering maximum value for every dollar spent with us.

For our SaaS and ISV customers, you’ll fully understand their product roadmap and business objectives, ensuring that we’re bringing the right people and partners in to help them achieve their goals.

The way you work with customers will rapidly earn their trust and respect. You’ll be valued for follow through, consistency, and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into Parallo products & Services.

Collaborate with the various service teams to ensure the customer is receiving agreed deliverables from the service and technical issues raised by customers are managed.

Understand customer outcomes, expectations and satisfaction.

Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out their services with Parallo

Be the main point of contact between the company and assigned customers, advocating on their behalf.

Drive Parallo input to product roadmaps with customers, bringing in the right people at the right time to enable our customers to achieve their business objectives.

Who would suit this role?

This is a significant role in our business, so you’ll need to be a brilliant communicator, have solid business acumen, a desire to help customers succeed, and have a real passion for technology (ideally a background in Software Development) and not take yourself too seriously! Previous experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS is desirable.
