Delivery Manager – Orphoz

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of work experience, including in project management and delivery in the context of transformation projects, with proven experience of directly managing teams and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities
• Prior experience in a PM lead capacity, ideally in programs with a strong digital or tech component, where you routinely worked with front-line operations teams, conducted workshops and coaching sessions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or other technical areas with a strong record of academic achievement
• Qualifications such as Agile, Scrum, Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, and Jira are desirable
• Action driven individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, combined with the language of your local market – Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese
• Flexibility to travel if needed

What You’ll Do

As Delivery Manager you will lead teams of senior consultants and consultants on transformation projects at public or private sector clients.

These projects can be 6-18 months long, where our objective will be to help ensure our client outcomes are achieved and frontline capabilities embedded in the client organization, while working flexibly within client teams, building broad client trust, and showcasing our project management competence.

You will systematically apply project management methodologies to drive change and execute initiatives, while leading professional development for clients at the same time. These projects will often have a digital and technology angle.

You will be responsible for between one and two consulting projects at any time, and will serve as key contact for our clients. You will independently manage projects and ensure the quality of the project work, also reporting progress to and seeking guidance from Orphoz leadership.

You will also share responsibility for preparing proposals and winning engagements.

Who You’ll Work With

Your selected market will be your base where you will work closely with clients at different levels – from senior management to front level teams. You will also work closely with the in-country Orphoz leadership.
