About the job
The appointee will be a member of the Administrative Application Services Section, which is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting the University’s central administrative systems including staff, student and finance-related systems. The appointee will be required to:
(a) analyse user requirements, and perform system design, development, testing, implementation and related system support tasks;
(b) prepare related system documentations; and
(c) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or his delegates.
Applicants should have:
(a) a recognised degree or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline;
(b) preferably one year’s working experience in system development;
(d) the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
