The Digital Channel Manager is located within the Canadian Sales Organization and works with both Canadian Sales leaders and the Worldwide Digital Channel Team. The Canadian digital team serves as the centre of expertise on eCommerce and Omnichannel experiences and sales in the region and is instrumental in running and managing the digital business. This role maximizes digital channel sales for Canada by delivering growth by driving the right Apple customer experience online in our reseller partners.

The Digital Channel Manager will partner with the Digital Channel Lead to implement digital strategy across our reseller accounts to grow sales of Apple products and services. With deep expertise in digital experiences, the role requires a tenacious and creative approach in solving online experience problems that ensures Apple customers get the best possible experience.

Key Qualifications

Experience (5-7 YOE) with a comfort and passion for eCommerce, omnichannel and digital technologies

Proven success balancing the delivery of short-term goals while creating sustainable growth strategies for customers and partners

Ability to inspire and connect with a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational levels

Demonstrated understanding of and experience with eCommerce funnel, including SEO/SEM and conversion best-practices

Experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs or campaigns, from concept to execution to reporting and optimization

Stellar analytical ability with capability to transform online KPI CX data into practical insights and execute upon them; demonstrated experience using KPIs, web/site analytics to impact digital business

Innovative thinking to approach challenges from multiple angles

Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills

Dedicated and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment


In this role, you will:

Develop digital roadmaps and plans that promote Apple end to end customer journey presentation and commercial growth for Apple products sold online by our consumer retail partners.

Demonstrate a consultative approach in working with consumer retail resellers to uncover new business opportunities for eCommerce growth.

Build and implement quarterly demand generation activities and sales initiatives. Work cross-functionally within Apple and the Reseller in order to implement these activities with digital excellence.

Regularly connect with resellers executive teams and internal leadership.

Analyze market trends, partner capabilities, performance metrics and sophisticated digital business data. Draw conclusions and make practical plans to improve the existing online customer experience to drive growth for Apple in our consumer retail partner channel.

Work closely with the WW Digital Channel Team and regional cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Finance) to customize and implement WW digital playbooks for the region, communicate digital business results and the digital quality of customer experience.
