Drawing on over a century of crop nutrition experience, Yara established the Digital Farming unit – now Digital Ag Solutions (DAS) – 4 years ago to explore how technology could be used to impact farmer livelihoods and productivity. Today, DAS has built products for smallholder and professional farmers, retailers and other farming ecosystem stakeholders across Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe.

We are an international team of engineers, scientists, researchers, designers and agronomists working together to achieve Yara’s goal to responsibly feed this world and protect the planet.   • Work closely with product owners of the solution to support end-to-end content management and successful implementation into the market, working with design, user research, management, and GTM teams.
  • Responsible for content strategy and execution and alignment of processes and decisions with the GTM team on the content calendar and individual campaigns.
  • Apply a user-centric design to iterate the production of content and test it with users. (E.g. multi-channel platforms incl. social media etc.)
  • Ensure all team members, vendors, processes, and dashboards are properly documented and regularly updated on Confluence.
  • Lead and inspire the team, which includes training and mentorship.


  • Fluent in Thai and English to produce bilingual content for our users
  • A strong team player – values transparency and trust, and possesses core values, such as integrity, mutual respect, and an appreciation for different opinions.
  • Experience in content management will be preferred. Experienced with social-media engagement strategies and best practices. Passionate about improving user experience and delivering impactful content.
  • Consumer-focused – can empathise with users – preferably in the low LSM segment.
  • Experienced in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and Discourse. Preferably managed a team or more than 5 people successfully
