Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of brand digital and social strategy
- Lead digital strategy and development, including digital strategy planning, budget management, operation management
- Manage all digital platforms and proactively identify growth drivers and generate content in social/digital marketing channel
- Centralise the data source and cross check the data from different digital channels, regular review the data to generate the insight including consumer behaviour, campaign performance.
- Keep optimising the execution plan, media mix and content strategy to improve the outcome
- Share the experience and insights to the global digital team.
- Other relevant assignments and ad-hoc projects
Qualifications And Experience Required
- Strong consumer or category marketing capabilities
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and social media advertising
- Excel in various source of data analysis to get solid knowledge of consumers’ social behaviour and insight which could adapt and optimized the performance.
- Rich experience of digital media planning with deep understanding of media trend, consumer consumption and media dynamic. Well connection with digital media networking is a plus.
- Experienced in KOL and influencers strategy development and management.
- Experienced in O2O execution, knowing how to connect the dots of online and offline campaigns to maximize the impact.
- Experienced in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (oral and written) is required.
