Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Your Job:
Are you excited about delivering the best Sales experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing, generating and executing awareness of Four Seasons Hotel Austin and its key offerings through the property’s digital presence, including but not limited to all forms of social media, influencer visits, email marketing, mobile communications and online reputation management. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our managers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

About You:

  • Knowledge of Adobe programs, including InDesign, Photoshop and AEM/CQ5
  • Two to three years’ experience of social media and online marketing; experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Work authorization in the United States
