The goal for our brand is to achieve 100% traceability from mine to market, giving mindful women around the world a choice to buy consciously.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare the post-launch report and provide performance analysis as well as qualitative feedback
- Plan with the team and execute overall SEO, SEM, SMM and email marketing campaigns. Maintain and grow our social media presence
- Research and develop marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements and identifying current market trends
- Measure, report, assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns according to goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Lead the team collaboration and performance, elaborate a career development plan for each team member
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns and create customer acquisition strategies
- Perform ad hoc tasks where necessary
What you’ll need:
- Diploma or above in Digital Marketing or related disciplines
- Min. 5 years experience in digital marketing roles, ideally with 1 -2 years experience at managerial level
- Familiar with the fashion or jewelry industry
- Independent, result-oriented, execution-minded, able to work well within a team, entrepreneurial
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is an advantage
