I’m joining Kilo as Director of Marketplace Operations and building a team for growing the service. I’m looking for someone who can do UX research & continuous improvements of customer experience; being able to be involved in Operations is a great plus.
– Proficient in BOTH Vietnamese and English
– Customer journey mapping includes conducting customer interviews using qualitative approaches (desk review, user interview, survey, etc)
– Being able to communicate insights from research clearly and concisely
– Project management skills
– Ability and desire to visit customers and conduct in-person interviews
– Quantitative approach: data analysis (conjoint analysis, etc.)
– eCommerce experience is strongly desired
– Salary: around 20 million VND
– Annual leave: 18 days

Kilo provides the platform to connect retailers and suppliers and also provides procurement, inventory, pricing and promotions strategy, billing, and distributor networks with both retailers and wholesalers to make their supply chain effective.
