Responsibility:
The Management of E-Commerce is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the E-Commerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technology.

Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the E-Commerce organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test E-Commerce initiative.

Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the E-Commerce strategies.

Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing.

Manage all aspects of web analytics related to E-Commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners.

Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into E-Commerce projects.

Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop E-Commerce solutions.

Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.

Identify new areas top new online consumer market to beyond current organizational thinking.

Qualification:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field5 years of management experience and 8 years of E-commerce experience.

Proven ability to develop/implement a successful E-commerce strategy in the Consumer or FMCG business.

Have experience business planning and E-commerce strategy development, E-commerce business models and Consumer or FMCG business (trends, competitors, distribution channels, customer base, promotion, and products).

Extensive knowledge of E-Commerce technology and sophisticated analytics. web technologies, web programming languages, web page design/layout, and web site performance measurement.

Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions.

Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

Extensive knowledge of E-Commerce technology and sophisticated analytics.
