E-commerce Manager for Tik Tok


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with TP to define the online selling platform strategies
  • Oversee the business of TiK Tok channel
  • Drive the Sales & marketing plan and strategy while meeting turnover and profit targets on online selling platform
  • Manage user interface maintenance, daily Ecommerce operation work, merchandising, products and display in accordance to sales and marketing targets
  • Plan and execute online channels pricing strategy, and joint business partner plans.
  • Create and manage annual expense budget and sales forecast
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term campaigns to increase traffic, conversion, average order value, profitability and reduce shopping cart abandonment.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams on third party platforms to ensure all promotional opportunities and events are fully supported / executed.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience with Tik Tok channel for 3 years +
  • Data driven planning, being able to balance between sales and profit
  • Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstance
  • Good English command and paper-work skill.
  • Familiar with various online systems and platforms.
  • Experience within the beauty industry is highly preferred but not must.
  • Adaptive: Able to adapt plans, strategies and processes in ways suited to the needs of the business while promoting consistency.
